Limited 3 Year Workmanship Warranty*
At Coastal Gutters, we strive to have Gutter Installations that are free of defects in workmanship. Installations and repairs are performed in accordance with local building codes and manufacturer installation requirements. Coastal Gutters will complete repairs within the original project’s scope of work at no charge to the customer, should a defect in workmanship, related to the work completed by Coastal Roofing D/B/A Coastal Gutters, occur within 3 years of the project.
The following is not covered in the Workmanship Warranty:
- Hurricanes, lightning, hail, flood, tornadoes, falling objects, intentional or accidental damage by any person or acts of God.
- Any damage caused to the gutters because of improper structure framing and structure movement caused by settling.
- Any negligent act which causes damage to the gutters by any person or contractor not associated with Coastal Gutters.
- Normal wear and tear as per manufacturer specifications. Manufacturers maintain the final say on component replacement.
- Any installed materials not provided by Coastal Roofing.
- Improper maintenance of the guttering system.
